12-15 udang saiz besar
1/4 gajus atau kacang - di panggang

1/2 biji bawang besar - belah 4
1/2 biji capsicum / bell pepper - potong dadu
3 tangkai daun bawang - ambil bahagian putih saja
4 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
2 1/2 sudu besar minyak masak
Sos Kung Pao - Satukan dan gaul rata
2 sudu besar kicap cair
2 sudu besar kicap manis
1/2 sudu kecil tepung jagung
3 sudu besar air
beberapa titis minyak bijan
sedikit lada sulah
1/2 sudu kecil cuka hitam
1/2 sudu kecil gula
Cara-cara :
1. Cuci udang, buang kulit dan tinggalkan sedikit pada bahagian ekornya.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih sebentar. Masukkan bawang besar, capsicum dan cili kering dan gajus panggang. Tumis hingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan udang dan biar separuh masak. Tuang sos Kung Pao dan kacau hingga sos agak pekat dan udang masak sepenuhnya.
4. Tutup api dan masukkan potongan daun bawang.
